近日,由浙江省计量科学研究院自主研制的“基于机器视觉线纹尺检定台的检测系统”在浙江大寺计量校准有限公司、建德市食品药品检验检测中心等机构应用,有效提升线纹尺检测精度、检测效率,助力检测工作数字化转型。
钢卷尺、钢直尺等线纹尺的传统检定方法是采用比较测量法,利用人工移动导轨与读数显微镜,在每米处对标准钢卷尺和被检钢卷尺进行比较测量,并人工记录数据,计算示值误差。存在劳动强度大、操作不方便、检定效率低、容易出现人为误差等问题。
