福建省高级人民法院与省林业局近日联合发布《关于在生态环境刑事案件中开展生态修复适用林业碳汇赔偿机制的工作指引（试行）》。该指引所建立的林业碳汇损失计量及赔偿机制系全国首创。
在涉林生态环境刑事案件中，被告人不仅要承担刑事责任，还要承担生态修复责任。以往，“补种复绿”等直接修复方式是主流做法，其局限性在于难以第一时间全方位修复受损生态。
“比如，幼龄林的固碳能力没有中龄林强，从损害到完成修复中间存在时间差。”省高院生态环境审判庭庭长王江凌说，有必要建立体现林业碳汇价值的生态保护赔偿机制，推动受损森林生态资源修复从传统直接修复向全面修复模式拓展。

为确保天然气加气机计量准确，维护企业与广大消费者的合法利益，自9月以来，市质检中心对全市范围内的天然气加气机进行周期强制计量检定工作。
检定人员严格按照JJG996-2012《压缩天然气加气机》检定规程，对使用中的加气机认真进行检定。检定合格的，粘贴有效的检定合格标识，并在关键部位的电脑主板做铅封处理，防止作弊行为。检定中发现有问题的加气机，工作人员现场进行调试，直至该设备检定合格。与此同时，检定人员还向加气站经营者和广大消费者积极宣传计量法律法规，增强计量法治意识和维权意识。

9月23日，2022年长三角产业计量技术创新挑战赛现场赛在上海嘉定举行。此次挑战赛由上海、江苏、浙江、安徽长三角三省一市市场监督管理局联合举办，历时5个月圆满结束。苏州市计量院李长武副院长作为现场赛评审专家出席活动。
本次挑战赛共分为需求征集、需求对接、现场赛事3个阶段，苏州市计量院国家空气净化产品及气体检测仪质量检验检测中心积极参与，精准对接两家企业的计量检测需求并提出了解决方案，通过线上答辩和现场挑战赛两个环节，最终“氢燃料电池汽车用氢气传感器检测解决方案”获得企业认可，现场签订了合作协议。同时苏州市计量院还获得了2022年长三角产业计量技术创新挑战赛“最佳对接服务机构”…
